  • This License Certificate will be valid for 1 year.
Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Applicant must be a resident of Chhattisgarh.
  2. Any Resident of Chhattisgarh who is having a shop or wants to open a shop is eligible.
Enclosures:
  1. If there is a Partnership Business, then Partnership Documents are required.
  2. Photo:-
    1. Applicant’s Photo.
  3. Necessary Documents:-
    1. Id Proof
    2. Receipt of Property Tax
    3. Receipt/Challan of Registration Fee
    4. Address Proof
    5. Affidavit
    6. Rent Deed(if shop is in rent holded)
